EMPACT – Suicide Prevention Center offers comprehensive crisis and community behavioral health services to children, adults and families. We provide services in Maricopa and Pinal counties with office locations in Tempe, Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, and the city of Maricopa.
EMPACT-SPC provides language and communication assistance to all members with limited English proficiency (LEP). Language services, including interpretation and translation services are provided at no cost to the member.
NOTICE TO PATIENTS
This practice serves all patients regardless of ability to pay. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. We have a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. Please enquire at the reception desk to apply.
